Cancellation & Reservation Policies
Reservation Policy
All reservations require a 50% deposit at time of booking with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival which we will take automatically with the credit card on file. Special or promotional offers are only valid on non-holiday or special event weekends and cannot be combined with any other offers.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 10 days or more from the scheduled date of check in will receive a full refund, less a $30 cancellation fee per site or guests may receive a camping credit for the full value paid, to be used at the campground within (1) one year from the date of cancellation. Camping credits are not refundable. Any cancellations made within 10 days or less of the reservation check in date are non-refundable.
Campsite Rates
HOLIDAY & SPECIAL EVENT WEEKENDS
3 night minimum
- There is a two-night minimum reservation for online booking.
- Tent Campers may choose any site that they desire. There is not a separate rate for camping in a tent.
- The park is divided into four areas, each area beginning with one or two letters. These areas are: LG for lagoon sites, R for river sites, BL for lake sites, and P for pine sites.
Payment Policy: 50% is due at the time of booking the reservation and we will collect the rest 30 days before check-in

50% is due at the time of booking the reservation, and we will collect the rest 30 days before check-in.
There will now be an $8 booking fee for any reservations NOT booked online. (Any booking in the office or over the phone, we will charge $8). We will not charge the fee if you need to call in and use a credit you have.
There will now be a 2.5% booking fee on all reservations made online.
(Weekends 2 night minimum ) & (Holiday weekends require a 3 night minimum)
